We are not obligated to provide “free” care to anyone for any reason.
Active Life Physical Therapy and Injury Care reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to discharge anyone from the practice who is determined to be abusive, unruly, or repeatedly misses appointments or no-shows without notice. A no-show fee is assessed for missed appointments because the time cannot be reassigned to another patient on such short notice.
